International law firm Bird & Bird advises Berenberg and Grant Thornton in connection with the placing and proposed admission to trading on AIM of The Pebble Group plc, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry.

Admission is due to take place on Thursday 5 December and the placing will raise gross proceeds of approximately £135 million for the company and its selling shareholders which include the private equity house Elysian Capital.
