Databarracks has acquired 4sl, creating a combined company with 75 staff. Databarracks is a UK firm specialised in business continuity and IT disaster recovery, providing services across Backup as a Service, Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), and public Cloud services. With the acquisition, they strengthen their offering with 4sl’s specialism in high-performance backup and data recovery, operating in regulated sectors.
It was a collaborative team effort requiring a coordinated one stop service from the firm’s Corporate, Financial Services, Tax, Employment and Commercial groups. Databarracks was advised by Corporate partner, Neil Blundell, associates George Mason and Amy Farrer. Tax partner Zoe Feller and associate Andrew Rink.
