Bird & Bird has assisted the Danish IAM software provider, 2ndC, with the sale to the German IDM company SIVIS, which is supported by Main Capital Partners.

Jesper Bergstedt incorporated 2ndC 32 years ago and together with his brother, Morten Bergstedt, they have been directors of 2ndC for the past 30 years. 2ndC is an identity management software specialist with over 20 years of experience in helping enterprises and organizations to gain control over sensitive data from the moment the user enters the company until they leave. The company has more than 25 employees. It serves a diversified customer base of around 20 enterprise clients in Denmark.
SIVIS is a software specialist for authorizations, user management and compliance in SAP. The company was founded in 1999 and has 46 employees. In addition to its headquarter in Karlsruhe, SIVIS also has offices in Eschbach and Switzerland. SIVIS’ industry agnostic solution is implemented at more than 180 enterprise customers mostly in the DACH region. The company aims to offer added value to SAP customers through a combination of intelligent product development, qualified consulting and effective project implementation.
