International law firm Bird & Bird advised Seafearer’s Pension Fund (Merimieseläkassa) on the sale of a residential real estate portfolio to Swedish real estate investment fund Slättö Core+.
The portfolio included three residential housing companies located in the Helsinki metropolitan area (two in Helsinki and one in Vantaa), comprising of approximately 185 apartments.
