International law firm Bird & Bird advised Mews Systems B.V. (Mews), a leader in hospitality technology, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Swedish-headquartered Revenue Management Software (RMS) provider Atomize AB. Atomize marks Mews’ fourth acquisition in 2024.
Atomize delivers cloud-based Revenue Management Software (RMS) to the hotel industry that optimises and automates the pricing of hotel rooms. This solution transforms complex market data – including market demand, booking patterns and competitor rates - into actionable insights, offering optimal pricing in real time.
Founded by hoteliers in 2012, Mews is an industry-leading hospitality cloud that powers over 5,500 customers globally. It is designed to streamline operations for modern hoteliers, transforming the guest experience and creating more profitable businesses.
