International law firm Bird & Bird has advised A.T. Kearney GmbH, a subsidiary of the world's leading management consultancy Kearney, on the acquisition of Project Partners Management GmbH.

A. T. Kearney GmbH is a subsidiary of Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm with more than 5,300 employees in over 40 countries, working in partnership with a large proportion of the Fortune Global 500 and with the most influential government and non-profit organisations. A.T. Kearney GmbH has offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. The main areas of expertise include analytics, procurement, sustainability, digital transformation, strategic operations and process optimisation of global production and supply chains.

Project Partners Management GmbH is an IT consultancy firm founded in 2001 and based in Grünwald (district of Munich). The founders of Project Partners Management GmbH, Bernd Hommels and Claus Lorenz, specialise in the project management of large SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

With the acquisition of Project Partners Management GmbH, Kearney is strengthening its consulting services in the area of digital transformation and analytics. The acquisition will enable the firm to provide clients with more comprehensive and long-term support in the future and Kearney is thus continuing its growth in the DACH region.
