About Me
As a Counsel with our Frankfurt team, and a member of our Real Estate and Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Groups, I advise our international and domestic clients in matters relating to German real estate, covering the entire property life cycle, and insolvency law matters, in particular advising clients facing the insolvency of business partners.
Offering in-depth expertise in transactional advice on the acquisition, disposal, financing, enforcement or management of properties as well as in commercial lease agreements, I advise property users, investors, owners and developers, as well as banks. I act in sectors as diverse as financial Services and technology and communications, on one-time or strategic investments, divestments as well as corporate real estate management.In addition, I advise on matters in insolvency law, supporting our clients facing the insolvency of business partners, where I help navigate insolvency proceedings, enforcement rights, and conclude transactions with insolvency administrators.
During my legal traineeship in Düsseldorf, I worked for international law firms and in particular for a firm specialising in Franco-German commercial relationships, bringing a fluent command of both cultures as a dual national of Germany and France.
