The site will have a warehouse space of 33,839 sqm and a total available rental space of 38,614 sqm and is connected to the motorway network (A30). Kirchlengern is a municipality in the district of Herford, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. With more than 18 million inhabitants, North Rhine-Westphalia is the most populous state in Germany. Completion is planned for Q1 2026.
