Women in Tech

From Tech founders and CEOs to small business owners, women and underrepresented groups are making a big impact on Tech in every field.

As a Tech-focused law firm, we see the vast array of challenges our clients face as technology continues to evolve, and also support clients who are leading the disruption.

It’s clear that Tech & Comms companies recognise the struggles in regard to underrepresentation within the sector, and are looking at ways to attract and retain talent from a more diverse pool. However, there is still more that can be done to accelerate the pace of change.

Our goal within the Women in Tech powered by Bird & Bird initiative is to celebrate and connect women and other underrepresented groups currently operating in the Tech & Comms space, and to encourage greater diversity within the sector.

We aim to achieve this by bringing a variety of voices together to share insights, and to facilitate discussion on hot Tech sector topics. We hope to provide an international platform for our network to connect with and learn from one another.
