Mika joins Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A group as Counsel on 2 September 2019. He will be based in the Helsinki office.
Mika’s practice focuses on Capital Markets, public M&A and financial regulatory matters, working closely with the Banking & Finance team. In the past few years, Mika has worked with numerous Finnish listed companies with different types of transactions covering equity and debt issues, IPOs and restructuring. On the regulatory side, Mika has been primarily involved with assignments related to fund and asset management as well as corporate governance and market abuse.
