Bird & Bird advised Enersense Works Oy, a subsidiary of an emissions-free energy solutions provider Enersense International Plc's Smart Industry segment, in a transaction including a purchase of all the shares in Pori Offshore Constructions Oy.

Pori Offshore Constructions Oy specialises in offshore wind power and renewable energy products. The acquisition is part of Enersense's growth strategy opening new business opportunities for Enersense and allowing Enersense to emerge as an overall supplier of renewable energy generation projects. This partnership provides a good chance to meet the rapidly growing demand for renewable energy produced at sea in the Baltic Sea and North Sea region.
