International law firm Bird & Bird advised Fonds Patient Autonome, managed by Bpifrance, and Uniqa Ventures on their participation in the €4 million financing round of Fizimed, a femtech dedicated to women's health.
The Fonds Patient Autonome and Uniqa Ventures led the financing round, in which UI Investissement also participated.
The Bird & Bird team advising Fonds Patient Autonome and Uniqa Ventures comprised of partner Carole Bodin and associate Pascaline Sagot, who advised on the corporate aspects, with partner Alexandre Vuchot and associate Caroline Arrighi-Savoie advising on the regulatory aspects.
