Bird & Bird advised Patria on its acquisition of Nordic Drones

International law firm Bird & Bird acted as legal advisor to Patria Oyj, on its acquisition of 100 % of the shares in Nordic Drones Oy.

Patria is an international provider of defence, security and aviation life cycle support services, technology solutions and pilot training. Nordic Drones is a Finnish company located in Muurame, manufacturing drones designed for professional use. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. 

The Bird & Bird team was led by partner Mikko Ahonen, primarily assisted by associate Marla Melin.
