International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Edita Group Plc on the divestment of its subsidiary, Edita Prima Oy, to a fund managed by CapMan Special Situations. The transaction, which was signed on October 28, 2024, is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
Edita Prima, a leading provider of comprehensive customer communication services, offers digital customer communication management solutions, digital asset management, and transactional printing. CapMan Special Situations aims to accelerate the company’s business development, fostering Edita Prima’s growth amid the ongoing industry transformation.
